the wedding Crasher

​The birds chirped away happily as the church bells tolled. The parking lot was filled with cars of all types, but one stood out. It was a Toyota Prado, its black paint glistening under the sunlight. But what made this particular car stand out wasn’t its beautiful paint job, neither was it the well polished chrome grill. It was the colourful decorations on the car, and the customized vanity plate which read ‘The Newly Weds’

As he sat in the chair, his eyes bloodshot and swollen, all Teddy could think about was Exodus 20:14. The one part of the good book he’d always sworn to uphold. Alas the devil had other plans for him.

The first time he’d laid eyes on her, he felt his heart stop. She was almost as tall as he was, her lithe frame enrobed in a flowing blue gown, her hair done in bantu knots, sitting like a majestic crown on her head.
